Qualifications (mandatory):

-leadership qualities
-well spoken in at least one language (must be English if only One)
-ability to learn and implement strategies easily
-personable approach to business
-ability to be part of the team while also being the leader of the team
-desire to learn and grow within a company

-multilingual capacity
-previous experience in management
-Masters Degree

Job description:

-training and managing groups as large as 50 people
-running an office with at least 10 direct staff members
-implementing strategies and marketing material
-coaching and developing upcoming personnel
-maintaining a pleasant atmosphere in which to work
-interacting with members of our diverse work force

Where:
We have multiple locations in both Mississauga and Toronto. Please specify your preference.

Compensation:
Weekly pay plus Bonuses. Average new comers, during the management training course, will earn up to $800/week to start and will quickly see that double.
