Hi,
I am looking to stay healthy. Do any of the forum members use the gym facilities here. Any tips, how much to pay etc from members would be appreciated.
I live in Mississauga and using Community Gym, it is reasoanable priced and admission to all Mississauga Swiming pool , Sauna and fitness center is included, they have all sort of equipment available in all the facilities.

All condo and rental apartment has Gym/swimming pool facilities as part of maintenence. You just have to pay $5/- for ID card.

you can try YMCA as well, i guess u will get a better deal if you take a family plan..even some subsidy is offered for low income people.
I guess the advantage is you can use where ever YMCA is available and no need to worry about renting the condo or buying condo which has the facilities.

How much do they charge? Do they have a website? By Community Gym is it open to all residents of Mississauga?
