In the O'Brien's Family a child was born.
Each one wanted to name the kid with their favourite name.
So, the Grandpa said" Drop the name that you wish him to have in the hat and we will ask the youngest in the family to draw it out of the hat".
So did they.
They youngest in the family pulled out a slip out of the hat.
From that day on (He) was called 7-1/8. Yes, Seven and and Eighth. The little one pulled out the hat size.

The littlest one "Pulled the Hat Size label that was stuck inside the hat." On it it said 7-1/8.
