Strange...here's where our interpretations fork...Kaminey is nowhere as philosophical as Deewar (since you wish to compare). I wouldn't even go as far as calling a modern take of Deewar...there are about 2 scenes a minute long that might intertwine with Deewar but hey I am sure you can just about find such skimpy similarities in the ocean of grime called Bollywood...
