Hi Friends - I am new to this forum , I am amazed to see the wealth of information and help offered by members here through their own experiences.

I am marketing professional (educated from India) , I know that getting a job in marketing/management category is very challenging in Canada.

Currently I am in India and I looking to learn something which can help me make career in Canada (options are wide open for me right from learning computer related stuff to marketing related.)

What the areas which i can explore in Canada , any ideas.

I am not new or first timer in Canada , I have spent a year in USA on internship and some time in London Ontar io.

It depends what part of Canada you are considering a move to. Sales / Marketing careers are still moderately strong for businesses in all industries.

Management positions are often obtained by moving up from within, so if you can find an assistant manager or other position that has the opportunity to move up, its another good way.

Also, maybe taking some sales/marketing courses as well as ensuring you have good computer skills. If there is a particular industry in which you wish to work,(marketing sales or both), do some research online or in industry publications to see what companies are hiring and / or growing.
