How do you smooth a Carrom Board? I use boric but still in some places the striker gets stuck and the board's not that smooth.

Try to heat it at the place where teh striker is stucking, it is due to moisture, you can either use a hair dryer or if you have some one to lift it at the other side then you can both lift it on top of a stove but not close enough to burn it. Whatever method you use be extra careful not to damage the board but heating it is the only option to smoothen the board.

Yes, It required to heat but not like other suggested. You have to hang a light Shade one like on pool table of course not that big but bulb must be around 100w.
