hello cd members
am in a fix here i have a sofa set from leons brought on instalment basis
just wantto know if i can return it as its just been 6 months, and will i get all
the instalments paid back any idea abt this , i thought if someone has gone
thru this they can help shed some light before i speak to leons.

So the question is : Would you pay him back....

Your ability to return the furniture depends on the return policy set forth by Leons.

I had spoken with a Leon's representative and was told they do NOT have a return policy. Once they deliver it to your house, the deal is closed and it can only be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery (in case of manufacturing defects, etc.) but not returned.
Do let me know if this information is wrong. For the cost that I ended up paying for the furniture, I later realized that I could have obtained a better deal elsewhere (they were far too pricey/ expensive).

Are you (Trinity) and akkiluck one and the same? Anyway, realizing the high prices 6 months down the road is little too late. As far as return goes, Leons may be right. I had my son'e bedroom set delivered damaged and we called them 3 or 4 days later, they sent a "technician" to "fix" it, he came and wrote up something stating he will authorize exchange. We got new ones a month later.
