You can get accident benefits from your own OA
policy regardless of your fault and your insurance premium will not go up. If you are at fault and do not have collision or All peril optional coverage you might not anything for your automobile property damage.
Might help you.

thanks gagan, but u didn't answer my question.
- how they ( crc) gonna decide who is at fault.
- and they gonna issue the ticket later or no.
- how long this usually takes.
- they contact via mail or phone.
thanks guys i know its kind of frustating to answer these kind of question, but it helps when u got a one positive answer. thanks for the help

How do you know that for sure? If the other guy does not claim, why would your insurance go up.

While you have been asking question after question, you do not seem to give regard to questions by persons wanting to help you. Like - do you think the damage to any vehicle is major and will cost more than $1,000? If not, CRC is not bothered to be involved.

Have you guys also exchanged your insurance policy details? Is the other guy sure as you that you are at fault? Could it be that he thinks he is at fault because of his speed?
