Am currently PR of Canada and would like to visit US. Can some some one inform me how to book time for Travel visa to US with US counsulate and normally how much Time required?

You can't really predict on wait time.. Keep checking the site daily and you might get an early date. (btw, once booked, you can't pre-pone for an earlier date.)

I was trying to get an appointment for US visitor visa via http://www.nvars.com" rel="nofollow">LINK but for last 4 weeks time I wasn''t able to get a available date in Montreal consulate.Finally I was able to reserve a date on Ottawa consulate.I live in Montreal,QC and Canadian PR...my question is can I book and apply US consulate in Ottawa thoughI live in Quebec?
btw for reservation you pay $9 per reservation ..if you reschedule you again pay $9.You can always add your dependent in the same profile .So the statement $9 per applicant is not really true is actually $9 per reservation per log in account/profile.

strictly speaking- No. You should apply as per your Judistriction.In your case- Montreal. I am trying since last 6 month for Toronto- No Luck. Always, I find some vacancy in Vancouver etc. But toronto- NO NO
