Hi chinubabu,

Thanks for the advice.We hav taken a locker already.Can u tell me if u hav an account in T D canada, do u get a free locker (as sumone told me) or do we need to pay as i had to pay for it althogh i hav a select account.

GR8 that u r moving to mississauga as we r also there.

I'm from airline industry background.And looking for a job here.How about u?

Hi friends,

Our moving out plans got a bit delayed due to unavoidable office formalities for my husband.

Now probably we will be moving out from UAE in Sept 08 to Edmonton...Any of you friends planning to move out that time?

hi akscanada,

Yes we have gone through the statistic of hte weathers in different regions.I know it wil be severe cold,but we are hope we can bear it...As in UAE we face the extreme hot almost 50C in summers...

But there are other stronger reasons for choosing Edmonton-Alberta as regards to the job openings....

Any feddback is welcome....

I agree with you up to certain extent about getting a job.

But looks the Weather is going to take a major factor in day to day life.

People in Oil and gas sector are getting jobs it faster.

It took me nearly 6 weeks to get a job, iam goin to start my first job next week.

so kkep in mind all thee things..

Nice to hear from you cmanyam...Also congrats on getting your first job.When is ur family joining you then?

As for job offer we dont have any.But my husband is in Oil & Gas field and as Alberta is supposed to be the booming job market,we preferred that destination....

Lets see what is in store for us,once we come there...
