Hello,
Does anyone know a microsoft desi test centre in Mississauga..Brampton area who can let me take the exam and slide me through?
Would be awesome if someone can provide me any kinda of info.

Just so we're clear - 'slide me through' as in give you a certificate without writing the exam? Perhaps for an extra 'fee'....?

No Sir, this is not Hyderabad. You cannot Slide through a test in Canada.
However go to testking.net and pay 100$ and they will give you access to all questions for over 200 tests. If you memorize questions and answers for your test you will definately pass.
Even if you find a test center which allows you to slide thru the tests tt may turn out to be cheaper paying 100$ and getting testking.

If getting certification is the only criteria then I know existance of Testking and Actualtests ... It helps.
But on the same line, no wonder Recruiters here believe more in Reference then certifications.

Certifications will short list your resume and get you to the interview,
After that it is your knowledge/experience/skills that will count...
I dont think if someone working as a desktop support analyst slides through and passes CCIE, he would be hired to design a organization's network

But the thing is that people don't get to reach Interview. How many times people have complained about "apply apply no reply". Your job is more than half done when you get a call for Interview.
Yes, "Slide Through" candidate will not be hired. Interviewing & Hiring is time consiming process. The point is most recruiters don't want to waste time. They are under pressure to find right candidate in short time. And may be thats why all these agencies have mushroomed everywhere.
So the end result is that Resume decorated with Certifications of even genuine guys don't get to send to printer of recruiters. They stay attached to unread email.
