i dont know but for a starter in Canada this salary seems a bit high to me....
I am just trying to be realistic and not at all breaking your hopes. First try to get a job in your field, then 'Lead', 'Manager' titles would follow.
It's a struggle in itself to find a job in one's own field. But there are those who are plain lucky.
