I dont care if Customer Service in Grocery Store is Bad ... I don't enjoy going there anyways - good or bad.

But to me, Customer Service in Restaurants is Must. I have seen and have enjoyed excellent service in Bombay. There are many restaurants which treats guests like king/queen. You do get Royal Service - specially in star restaurants.

That is why I was surprised at "The Guru". Chef/Owner claims to be coming from 5 Star Indian Restaurant. This place is no cheap and still big disappointment

I completely agree that Customer Service is a must (I work as a Senior Customer Care Representative).But I believe that the topic was to be discussed in a more general way rather than naming specific stores....

SO, Thanks...but i know my mumbai(bombay) much better than most of the people here who have only visited or heard of Bombay..

Yes,,Bombay obviously has good Service but only in Higher strata of the society..

I have experiences both good n bad in bombay...But bombay is bombay...n i dont even feel that toronto or any city in canada can even be compared to bombay...bombay - i personally feel is better in many, if not most ways...
