Blue cross is quite costly and I believe they offer coverage only for $100,000 or more. Manulife is good but I found these http://cooperatorstravelinsurance.ca/ and http://www.travelinsurance.ca/plans/canadiansRates.php?ptxSource=TIC to be cheapest in offering similar benefits as of Manulife.
