i have applied my immigration at Buffalo in August,2005 than after i got married in Dec.2006 By that time my current stauts expired in canada

I have updated my immigration file showing that my wife also a canadian immigrant.

can anyone tell me what should i do ? do i have to wait for that replyfrom buffalo or withdraw my immigration file and again apply from DELHI

my brother had same situation. he got married during his immig process and waited year n half to get response from immig dept but got nuthing. then he contacted lawyer in toronto who suggest him to cancel his immig and file spouse sponsership from delhi and got his immig in 4 months.
