Appeal approved what is the next process

My sister is being sponsored by her husband who is a citizen of Canada. The applications processing started around the end of August 2002 at New Delhi and she was also called for the interview during the month of December 2002.And we waited for two months to know and on checking with the e-client status we knew that a decision was made and its papers were send to us only after the reminder was sent the decision letter was sent to us. And the decision sent was refusal .Her husband again appealed in the immigration appeal division Canada and after the process the ministry approved the application setting aside the refusal. As per the immigration division her husband posted her the application with the letter of the appeal division. For updating of the file my sister posted the duly filed application the letter from the appeal division with other relevant documents including the medical report section A. Now I would like to know what is the next process , how much time it will take and how can we know the status (whether the e-client status will help us ). Seeing both there tension of being away from each other for a long time, We would like to know how long will again the rest of the process take . I kindly request you to give me the information in this regard at the earliest.

The Appeals Unit of CIC will inform New Delhi about the decision and the file will be reopened in Delhi. It takes approximately 6 months from the date of the decision.

Thank you so much for you reply . Sir I would like to be more clearly about the next process involved . Is she to attend again an interview.Will there be again any problem .

Sir would have the file no. that the New Delhi office gave earlier changed. Since this was the file no. mentioned by my sister when she sent the fresh application for updating for their reference. Is it ok.

if medicals have expired, medicals will be next and then passport request for visa issuance.
