hi

my pressure cooker conked off in 3 months...itdoesnt whistle at all...any place where i can get it made...i live in toronto...

I am not sure if you are aware or if you already did, but it seems your safety valve has blown. Just replace the valve and it should work fine. There is nothing else to fix in a pressure cooker except the valve and the sealing gasket.

What brand & how many litres the cooker is?
You can buy them at Desi stores.
