I came to canada few year back and i had engineering back ground. Im working in IT field and i want to improve my communications skills. Can anybody guide me what to do?.Or suggest me any good courses available. As im reading news paper and watching news and movies like everyday.

I'm really looking for some good course who will guide me through this.

I would say, practical experience is the best of all.

Keep talking to your co-workers, colleagues and family members the most time possobile.

Also, from my own past experience, I would say, a job with a call-center kind of environment brushes up the language in a terrific way!

Articulate and write down a summary of a event and practice. Read some books in the library and practice as mentioned earlier.

try to say indirectly and in polite manner but get the point across.
