This is my first renewal for TN due this month.

I am driving to the border somtime next week.

Still working for the same employer, how does the offer letter and TN Petition should look like, exactly like it was for the first time?

Should it mention some where on the offer letter that it’s an extension of the employment for another year? Should it exactly look like that it’s a new job?

Please give me some suggestions, and advise me that what are the best time (during the week) / border to go for (Fort Erie, Queenstion Bridge?)

I think you should have a similar letter but with wordings like "We would like to use services of Mr. Worker for one more year....."

You can not show it as a new job for sure.
