hi there! well congrats first of all and secondly i've visited p.e.i charlottown, summerside and woodland. its a quiet beautiful landscape. i was there for 2 weeks although i was there in the winter but got to know a lot of info about weather etc....the weather there is a bit chillier then here because of less pollution and closeness to Pacific but the summers are awesome. Beautiful endless beaches.....while i was there i only came about 1 Indian family. The major company is Cavandish because the growth of potatoes are endless. I don't know if u r driving or flying but we drove so it took us about 20 hrs.....sounds crazy........i know. but it'll be different because u will hardly see Indians there, but if i were u and had a job offer i wouldn't mind. well thats about all and if u wud like to know more like popullation etc go to their web page.....good luck

Hey guys

I have moved to Charlottetown , P.E.I. , doing well here and enjoying my life. its best place to stay, people are realy good and kind. about desis there are around 40 to 45 families here, most of people are well settled here like Govt Emp.,doctors , professiors,biotech,IT ...

i have spend some time to halifax as well and its best place to stay as well.. Atlantic Canada has safe and pollution free environment.

so anyone who has got good job offer from anywere in atlantic canada then just move...u will enjoy in this ocean playgrounds....

Thanks for the update.

Can you please provide some more info?

How do you find Indian stuff there - like groceries, religious places etc?

PEI is a very small island (People jokingly saying - you can walk from one shore to another..) there are no big cities so is there anything like life?

The housing must be cheap. I assume groceries should be expensive.
