I Have been out of Canada for over a month, havent received the form, dont have the internet access code. There is no email address under 'contact us', so cannot get a clarification from Stats Can. Does any CD have any idea how am I supposed to participate in this census from overseas ?

when will you be back?
In case you will be back in a month, i suggest that you donot worry about it. You can call them once you come here and explain the situation to them.
The census results will be released only in Jan. 2007 and hence you have a lot of time.
If you want to contact them by E-mail, then contact Statistics Canada (the parent company of Census2006) at the address found in this link :
