My canadian visa was rejected in the month of november, so i cant apply for it again right now, my cousin is sponsoring me from america, i am going to apply for america now, will this refusal to canada can effect my application to america and suppose i get the visa can i enter from america to canada, in the mean while my husbands refugee case will be accepted, can i do this bcos i have heard that so many people are doing this, can this effect my husbands case or it maynot effect my entry to canada after his case acceptance

The refusal may affect your USA visa application. However, if you do end up in the US, I don't see how you can enter Canada. Of course, if your husband becomes a landed immigrant, he can sponsor you.

Whatever you do in the meantime will not adversely affect your husband's refugee case.
