Information Wanted
Dear Friends,
I wish to know that for how many time(months or years), landed immigrant can be out from Canada to maintain his Residency Status in Canada. Also Please tell me from which site I can get this information.

A landed immigrant should be resident in canada for 2 years in any 5 year period. you can get relevant information from the CIC site.

seems someone removed my post.

I was right. It is 2 years out of 5 years. One can stay away from Canada for three years out of 5 years.
