Hmm .... I see what you mean. I can understand. That was scary.

Ok, here is what I propose:

1. Eat good healthy food.
2. Watch "Finding Nemo" atleast 5 times a day ... till the time you remember each funny incident and laugh at it even while alone. Let other ppls thing that you are crazy.
3. Do light workout, may be few KMs jogging.
4. Have good sound sleep.
5. Never ever try to think about that dream.

Hope this helps ;)

Can you substitute "Shrek" for Finding Nemo? Everytime I get a bit serious..I rememeber Shrek's warning "Donkey!" and I cant help but smile. Eddie murphy really does a good job as the Donkey and its hilarious to see.

The only time I see a consistent trend in my dreams is when I sometimes eat late dinners and go to bed on a heavy stomach. I dream that I am eating a lot of food (say, in a wedding, party, trains, etc) and when I wake up, I still feel the heaviness.

The other dream I seem to get quite a number of times is that I am being chased by animals, specifically elephants. Any ideas how I can get rid of these damn elephants?
