hi guys
does anyone know about Rexdale and Islington.
I have heard different veiws ,very confused .
I am looking to rent a Townhouse close to toronto /north york .
One of my friends said Rexdale is a very dangerous area . lot of shooting and stuff .
Being new i have no idea what areas i must avoid .

Rexdale X Islington is not a good area.....however in my earlier post the apt I was referring to is on Rexdale X Hwy 427....that area is quite and peaceful....I am just trying to help a friend rent her apt....have no personal interest in that....if you have any other q regarding that apt....you can PM me....

all the three area's are good to live but not sure about lakeshore/Hurantario for family.
As long as its convenient for your commute, grocessary and walk-in/pharmasy you are good to go.
I researched all the above 3 years and finally settled at Dixe/Bloor which is convenient for commute(subway/highways) and grocessry(Chinees store), family/child physicians and others
the most important for me as 2 washrooms for 2 bedroom apartment which is hard to get.
the price i was paying is 850$/month for first year for 2 bed/2washroom apartment.

My friend suggest me to go with leading group but there need to pay more and I was ready for that but my experience was not good, next time I selected CLV and got very good experience I want to recommend them.
