Use Craigslist* post there mentioning your requirements and hourly charges*
Ask for ID proof and refrence

I need a cleaner for one time to clean a 2 bedrm apartment in coming week of Oct 18th. If any one can recommend a name that will be great help. I enquired with professional services but find them a little pricey so looking for someone for 2 hrs for about $50 - $60.

That is quite generous and you should be able to get someone at that rate. Most people I know go use the services of people who have worked as nannies/ do so part time and through word of mouth.

I recently got my house cleaned before I moved in, by a husband and wife couple, they did a thorough job (cleaned floor/swept, wr, windows, kitchen ovens etc), they charged around $80 for 3+ hrs of work, PM if you need the phone number
