1)TN TO GC possible?
2)HOW IS IT POSSIBLE?
If so please share info in detail.
I'm a Indian by birth but Canadian by nationality. I'm in my
7th year H1B and GC applied on EB3 on march 2004. I did all
my PERM ad (EB2) but due to this retro did not proceed
further. My wife is in TX doing her Phd. Now i'm confused
should i wait for GC through PERM or go on TN? If i wait for
GC then my wife would in TX alone and me in California. Any
advice will be appricated.

Normally TN to GC would not be possible.
Normally TN 2 GC depends if you were born in NAFTA countries. If so then it is yes. If you were born in India then no.

Can you provide me any links to the fact that TN to GC is not possible if you were born outside Canada?
