I am interested in finding out about apartments that are within 5 mins walking distance of a TCC subway station. I dont care what station as long as it is on TTC line and the apartment is wihin 5 at most 10 mins walking distance.
Also I would like an averege apartment. I dont want cheapo ghetto type apartment nor 5 star Expensive one but something middle of the road (ie max $ 1,000 CAD for 1 bedroom).
I have tried various websites but it is not possible to search with this search criteria (ie close to TTC subway station).

Alternatively if you have any info on apartments meeting similar criteria but for GO let me know ie the apartment should be within 5 mins walking distance from a GO station.

Also if you specifically know any such complexes close to Shepard station that would be absolutely ideal though any station would do.

Sheppard centre apartments , 4 Forest Laneway. Direct indoor access through the mall to the Sheppard subway.

The Prelude at Beecroft road , Underground tunnel to Sheppard subway open ONLY on weekdays.

Sheppard Centre - 1100 per month
Prelude - 1000 per month + heating.

1) Does the apartment come with a parking space for 1 car. If it is extra how much.

2) Same general area do you know of slightly "less expensive" apartments ie $ 800 - $ 900 in rent (walking distance) from shepard.

Dundas & Bloor...Crossways....right outside Dundas West subway station....one bedroom should be around $950 to $1100 depending on size....underground parking extra $60....not a great bldg but very good for subway commuters....especially if you want to be close to d/town
