Please reccomend Apartments close to a TTC Subway station

ARe you looking to share an apartment or take it on rent on your own? I am currently looking for a room mate. I am right on don mills subway. Approx wallking distance from apartment to subway is 1 minute. Rent is under $500.

You can also try Yonge/Davisville. There are quite a few out there. I actually lived there for a few months when I first moved to Toronto. I loved it because of the proximity to subway and also downtown.

Word of advice: Apartment costing 1100 is a LOT better than apartment costing 900.

Crossways is a lousy building. Management is racist. Apartments are poorly maintained , neighborhood is bad. (The Holly Jones kidnap/murder occured just a few blocks away , there are drug joints and strip clubs nearby)

When renting apartment BE VERY CAREFUL.

There are a few aparatments at Bayview and Sheppard going for around 1100-1200 per month for a 1 bed room apt (heat and hydro inclusive). These are more spacious than the 1 bed aptmnts you find in the downtown area. And it's usually 3-6 minutes walk from the Bayview subway. Worth a look.
