Hope they legalize the damn thing and tax it to death.

edit:
Actually I hope they raise the tax on tobacco plenty more and keep the tax levels on marijuana slightly lower...out of the 2, Tobacco is the one that is more addictive and a direct proven killer. This way they can hopefully kill tobacco usage and regulate marijuana.

It is more dangerous. The person is not able to live in reality & hallucinates. Cannot lead a normal life.

Next thing could be to legalize crystal meth, brown sugar, etc.

How do you know? Please dont just say it because the 'war on drugs' say so.

There are some who form a dependence on it...just as it is with alcohol. I would put marijuana with alcohol...same risks involved with both. Nothing wrong with occassional use of the same. Trust me

It is just that I have seen the dangerous effects of alcohol addiction & the problems it can cause.

Ofcourse, I do drink sometimes although have cut down on it.

I know...got a member of AA in my family and its definitely not right for some people...just like marijuana. Also(since you mentioned it) you will notice that the case against hard drugs like brown sugar and meth are more clearcut.

Personally I think tobacco was the hardest habit for me to kick.

Note: I'm still not clearly saying I had(or inhaled) the other stuff

Pot should be banned on the basis of the stink it creates, alone.
Reminds me of beedi, only worse.

I think genetic science could be used to create a variety of pot that doesnt stink. Or at least get it to the level of cigarettes.
