I dont think anybody denies racism exists. It exists in every culture and there are racists of every colour. My 8yr old daughter recently spoke to me about racist comments by her Indian,Iranian and French Canadian classmates directed against some Pakistani child. Its obvious that the parents prejudices are projected by the children.

However, inability to land a good job does not always translate to racism. It does translate to the inability to differentiate between the two.

e.g: Some of the jobs you did not get maybe due to racism, ALL the jobs you did not get are NOT due to racism. Unless you were repeatedly sending your CV and photograph only to the Heritage front/Aryan brotherhood, seeking a job as their president.
