Instead of going around banning people for flaming, I had suggested earlier too, and I am suggesting again, please have a forum only for that.
If someone flames another, it would be done by starting a new thread in the “flaming pit” if we call the forum by that name. If someone is not interested in responding to the flame, he stays out of the “pit”. This is a normal arrangement practiced by many message boards where I participate.
That will help you keep the rest of the board clean, not allow threads from getting derailed and allow people to indulge in flaming should they feel the need to indulge in that. No foul language should be allowed outside that forum.
Behaving like a school master with a cane and threatening everybody that they will get a caning if they do not follow your line of thinking or if they do not appreciate your views and do not obey you, is not the work of moderator.
Your suggestions noted. But like I told you before too, you CANNOT have an area here where people will flame eachother and then expect them exchange pleasantries on other threads. Is that too difficult to understand?
