Any suggestion how can i get the fine reduced i have a date in oct to go to court.
You can't! Please realize that it's a camera that has taken pictures of you crossing the intersection after the lights changed to red. They have the pictures, a copy of which must have been sent to you, and in which you can see your car into(or crossing) the intersection. The ticket also gives the exact time elapsed between the light changing and you entering the intersection. How can you even imagine denying such incriminating visual evidence. Just pay up! I did!

There has been a ruling that was covered on the radio that said that the evidence from a redlight camera is inadmissible in its existing format.
Don't pay the fine, go to court, makes sense to contest it, the prosecutor may choose to withdraw the charge in the light of this ruling.......
Hope this helps

I heard it on the radio recently so apparently there has been another ruling. I have however, attached a link to an article that covers a previous ruling by a justice of the peace, in this regard, from 2003.
Cheers

What happens if the camera pics show that you have crossed the white line but braked before the intersection .
