You can not contest this ticket. . The photo must be showing that you have crossed on Redlight. If yes, then go to court and talk to prosecutor. He will reduce your fine to half. You can not avoid the fine under any circumstances.
Thx for the advice i will do the same atleast the fine will be less.

Manoj,
Looks like recently such "hafta vasuli" is on rise here. Many of my colleagues got such red light camera tickets including the one for not stopping for 5 seconds before taking right on red. And I think they are happy with the compromise of $175+25. In a day even if they get around 200 such cases per court room and only half of it contests it, just do the calculation of how much legal hafa they are generating.
Enough of rant, Since it does not remain on your record, may be you want to fight it instead of taking the plea deal. Worst case? you may have to pay in full. Just initiate the process of gettin disclosure. The picture that prosecutor have is much different than the one that you received in the mail. It will be much bigger and clear picture. Try to come up with facts..your speed, posted speed, road condition, any big vehicle in front etc and important point is of just 0.2 seconds. Accepting the ticket makes you an offender for the crime that you never intended to commit, did not even realize that you committed an offence...
Good luck!
He already must have got pictures of crossing the redlight. What other disclosure you are suggesting.
It does not go on your record as ticket is to vehicle and not to driver.
He does not have plea guilty but talk to prosecutor. They get it reduced to half.
