The white line is around a meter or two before the intersection . I have pics of my car which show that I ve stopped ahead of the white line but braked at the intersection The brakelights are visible . I am wondering whether to contest it or not.

Dear desi's,
I recieved red light jumping ticket along with the photo. It was actually fraction of second the red light was on before i crossed. the ticket was $325. I was going thru this thread and found the links are broken.
Here is my question to our beloved desi's.
1>Is any one got away by attending the court (waved either the prosecutor or justice of peace)
2>the court ruling that mohanjeet submitted is still valid?
3>If valid can any of you please add the link as the links mentioned in this thread are broken or not valid any more
