Funny! Instead of choosing to ignore if you don't want to respond, you're asking them to refrain from the site altogether - ludicrous or not.
What's next? Asking Mods/Admins to ban members if you don't like their posts? There are tens or hundreds of posts languishing on the left hand pane without any response. When you see TK's post, let it languish in there and die of its natural death, rather than feeling obligatory to respond. That's one rule of thumb in these online forums.
RTI - I like it.

Hello CD's,
Sorry for not able to respond previously. My mom fell down on the 26th and fractured her hip and they had to do a double surgery to replace her pacemaker and put a steel insert for her hip. Now she may be bedridden for the rest of her earthly life. I just came today after visiting her in hospital for the past 3 days and was shocked.
Now coming to the OP:
I had asked some question, but people choose not to stick with the question and answer but rather assume that they know everything about me and poke fun of me. This is one of rewards that I get for calling a Spade a Spade.
I mostly answer based on my personal experiences in Canada. I have seen numerous people in Canada, living in basements or single rooms and think that they are far better in Canada than in India. I was targeting those people only and not people who are in IT, Finance or business. Also the problem is that the moderators are quick to block / lock the posts of people who speak the truth and encourage success stories. I agree with success stories but then one also needs to know the bitter truth about Canada. There is always a TK, a Rajand, a ramar 2005, a vandemadaram who could not make success in Canada.
Anyways, I see no point in this thread anymore and would like to request the moderators to delete (and not even lock) this thread as it has been turned to a garbage thread.

Ashwani G Ji,
True. I was your friend till I did not offend you and the moment I said that you were wrong in asking a CD take some gloves to New Delhi, you immediately became my enemy.
In the past, you had told me that you were cheated by Ashdefc's advise and when I asked Ashdefc as to why he had cheated Ashwani G, he replied that he had just given some tips and that Ashwani had acted on those tips (without taking a second opinion) and hence the loser was Ashwani only.
Wonder how some people turn around so quickly.

To respond to the first 2 or 3 posts who made an attempt to answer my original question :
I think you misunderstood the meaning of my post. I was not asking about what to do, but rather how can one survive as a single person and die a graceful death.
On the day of my post, my mom fell down and broke her hip. She had to be operated twice, one for the hip and one for the pace maker and she will probably be on bed till the end of her life. My brother had hired a full time help for her.
My question was based on the same scenario. Suppose I don't want to have / adopt children or get married, how should I save for a graceful death. As I have told you the financial package that I am expected to save in the coming year, how should I invest so that I can use that money to , say move to a retirement home, when not able.
Anyways, as said before, the whole thread has gone to the dogs, that I request the moderator to delete it. It is not worth even locking it.

I don't know why people are hooked up to the idea of graceful death when they miserably fail to live gracefully . Nope you don't need to have tonnes of money and a good paying job to live gracefully .
