Don't look back , integrate , be positive and enjoy what Canada has to offer.
Being born and brought up in India our hearts will always long for what we call home but ask your children what they prefer and you might not like what you hear. Most people who I ask their reason for coming to Canada tell me they came here for one thing - their children.....

LOL. What a joke! When children are 18+ and u ask them what they prefer, Canada or India?

"Most people who I ask their reason for coming to Canada tell me they came here for one thing-their children..... "

Yeah right. What a BS. Children are just a front for the people to come here. What the hell the hcildren know? If they want to stay in Canada for their own sake, then stay. That has nothing to do with children. Does that mean that children in India are bad? How come the same people forget that they were also children once upon a time in India? Hypocrites to the core!

You are not alone. I know somebody who is in Canada for almost same time as you are and has the exactly same feeling - that feeling has turned into a sickening pessimism. Everything that India has to offer is great - there is nothing positive about Canada.

There might be number of reason that led to to stay in Canada against your own will. But IMO, ultimately one has to take a decision what matters to him or her in his/her own life - whether he/she is willing to sacrifice his/her own life for sake of the spouse/kids or one is ready to take that harsh decision and put his/her happiness as the focal point.

And your body reflects the state of your mind. If you are not happy from within, it will sooner or later get reflected in your health and physical appearance.

After earning 2 million and on the end of you life , you will ask yourself -- ' Hey I was so busy earning money , where did life slip by ?? All those things I wanted to do .... how can I do them now ??

What a materialistic and small way of looking at things. On an average we human beings live for around 75-80 years. Money is not everything and we most definitely cant take it with us once our life here is finished.

You can actually have everything. You just have to look at the stuff you have and think its everything.

I came across a very good quote on life written by Quentin Crisp which may be applicable to CDs

You fall out of your mother's womb, you crawl across open country under fire, and drop into your grave.

Indian economy is growing at 8%
Honestly if you anyone is not happy here they should go back, there are plenty of oppurtuinities in India. Jult like you took the risk of coming here, take one more and go back, you will be fine.
