I arrived in canada with my wife and 2 children returned after 319 days in Canada DURING 2009-2010 PERIOD.
Now I have returned to Canada( with employment with my wife but not children ( they are under 15 years of age).
(1) Can I apply for renewal of PR Card for my children along with my application in 2014 on completion of 730 days period.
(2) If I am given assignment back home to India from my employer (since that is officially I will be Canadian Residence but will be based at India) during 2013-2014 period- in that case also I can apply for my children and wife's application for renewal of PR?
Please help me.

Whenever your children are ready to get in and join you here, prior to 2014 (Before the five years get over) bring them in and apply for renewal for their PR Card with pictures and fees.
You will have to provide them with a covering letter explaining the situation and giving them details about their studies etc., with PROOF and appeal to them on HUMANITARIAN grounds for the renewal of their PR Cards.
PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION OR OMITTING OF details is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE and is punishable by law.
They can obtain a Travel Document if they do not have a valid PR. The issue of the same will be at the discretion of the V.O.
