Look buddy ...you be your own judge noone else on this forum knows your situation better than you .

All i can say is behaviour of child can be bad in india alsi ...there are very well behaved children in desi community here as well , but some are spoilt .same applies there as well .....here atleast after getting a college degree he has a good future in india getting into good college itself is a major achievement. if there are other factors which is making you move then you know your situation better.

BL, you are absolutely right, about most things! (exchange of goods are easy these days, what with so many malls,l stores and competition in this sector really at its peak) but you are bang on target about the other things.

The other day I was talking to this guy from NID, who said that there were special wheel chairs developed by the faculty there and who won awards for it but its just been lying in some place and noone will let it get converted into a usable product becos of beurocracy, red tape and one needs to pay huge sums to the institute to buy it!!!! They'd rather it just won awards and died a natural death rather than make use of it and make a difference!!!

Another friend of mine who vacationed in Dubai says he loved the place but wants to live in India becos he had more freedom in India...how?Here he can break rules and get away by bribing the officicals, he can cross the road where ever he likes, break queues, throw rubbish on the street if he wants to, if someone bangs into his car or he does the same to another he can actually scream and abuse them and feel good about it!!! Wha.....????? He loves the chaos here and cant do without it. I am sure if we have enough of these guys in India there is a big chance we will remain exactly the way we are for the next 20 years! And he is someone from our generation who proudly claims he likes India becos he can get away being indisciplined.Sic!!!
The sad thing is that there are far too many people here in India who think like him and are even proud to be that way.

india is the best place . u will earn good bucks if u have a goood experience in IT. india is the only hub of IT after USA if i can say. and bussiness is really zooming here.BPO can also be a good career but night shifts suck really . i lost 2 kgs in firdt 2 monts . but then again for a graduate like me it pays good really good . i ahve a lifestyle here. in BPOs even a undergrat is earning around 20k min if he is in a good process like dell computers.

there is also good scope of managers as every zooming bussiness requires good managers . the managers that we have on our floor r mostly foreign educated and they r earning sexy bucks.really sexy

telecom is another bussiness where things r shaping up really well and biotechnology as well .

so friends if u r in any of the above professions and doing a labour job in canada ... plz come back u will see the difference not in roads as such but in the way bussiness is being conducted in new commercial hubs like noida , gurgaon ,hyderabadand bangalore etc..

so u can succed in india with much less labour and much lesser luck ( i am talking about above said 4 professions only) and i can tell u inda really needs people who can infuse indian values and western professionalism in it

Guys..pack your bags and move back to India

I dont think there can be immedite reason to pack up the bags and to go to India; but i can certainly say with reasons that India will become technmological supepower in near future. Unlike USA, ..One of the greatest drawback of Canada is the mentality of their people, to be precisely though they wants qualified people but they dont trust their overseas qualification or experiences..this is very frustrating. ..

Moreover i have worked in telecom company at india, and here at canada i am surpised to see that there is no technological diff. here also,on the contrary in certain areas it is poor technology.

However to see neautrally the greatest drawback of india is its political systam..we it can be outsoursed than the india can outplace any of the developed country at un precedented speed.

lets wait and watch

well, there is level of thinking required.

I don't think most of us have immigrated or want to immigrated just for the handsome bugs.

I am sure what I was getting in India was one of the best salry any one can offer in India and the company which I am working for is under top 4 company in the world.

Apart from above, so far I have travelled around 12 country.

You come out of the country and seen the world and thousands of idea comes into your mind and you hold a strong ambition, pehaps this is what known as Dreams.

You want to acheve something and you have a goal set in your mind. Then you don't care about the situation and don't fear about the survival.

You are confidant (if not go back to india), hard working (if not go back pls) and you want to see your dream come true...and don't bother about the failure. You may or may not...try the luck...

ofcourse if you simply want to earn money for your survival...then india is a best place for you....

Happy jurney and good luck to all who are going back...

Cheers
Raj
