If you are calling India on regular bases ad your monthly bill exceeds $ 20 than your best bet is to go with Vonage US ( not Canada ) .
They charge 24.99 $ for landline and calls to US / Europe and India are Free.
( this world plan allows 60 countries to call for free including mobile no.'s for India ) .
Pls also note Vonage phone runs on high speed internet .

Hi AshwaniG, looks like it's an IP phone. So, what you're saying (and their site) is if you're living in Canada you can still benefit from this plan. All you need is US postal address, right? Could you please clarify further? This sounds like a great plan as Can/US/India is free. Nothing like it if it's true.

Thanks.

Hi febreet !
You can live anywhere in world and still get the same benefits .
All you have to do is call them ( Vonage USA ) and have them ship this adapter to your frnd / relative in US who in return can further ship it to you.

Since this news came out this Sunday , stock from 40 cents went to 2.16 in 3 days .
The plan is gr8 and many of my frnds who had Vonage are using this priviledge happily .
