hi, i recently joined the group. and would like to formally say "hi" to everybody.

as far as the meeting goes, the best way to confirm who's coming start a list.

eg. i will start this list and put my name first, the second person can copy my name and add his/her's and third person can copy both names and add, so on and so forth......
