Hi all CDs,
I am organizing an interactive information session for home buyers . There will be no fees to it---ABSOLUTELY FREE!!.
It will be 2 hrs session where you will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss various aspects of home buying with:

* Licensed Mortgage Agent
* Licensed REALTOR
* Licensed Home Inspector
* LAWYER----YES, A BARRISTOR, SOLICITOR AND NOTARY PUBLIC (just imagine, in Canada, a Lawyer giving information for FREE)
* Licensed Financial Advisor

Date and time: February 11, 2007
Place: Airport Road, Mississauga
On the border of Etobicoke/Mississauga---close to 401/427/410/407
Time: 11.00 am to 1.00 pm

> Lunch will be served.
> There will be a gift for everybody.
> One raffle draw for a GRAND PRIZE too.

We have very limited seating capacity in the conference room. It can accomodate only 15-16 people {other than the speakers}. So I would request everybody, who-so-ever is interested, please book your seat/s well in advance and please make sure that you DO COME because if you book your seat/s and don't come, you will be restricting somebody else to participate.

Sanjeev,
This is a very good initiative on your part for CD members. It will be esp. useful for new CD's in Canada who are planning to buy homes in the GTA but who donot know the places, procedures etc....

After a lot of public demand, there is an addition in the topics to be covered that day and the addition is:

Home Insurance - Fire and liability coverage.

OMG, so much of information and that too.....FREE!!!

Thankyou for organizing such an informative session. It was nice that you could arrange various professional people for the session under one roof at the same time to provide information related to home buying. We are glad we could make it. Thanks for the lunch and gifts too.
