Try these companies. There is a link at the bottom where these addresses taken from. I tried these companies before because my company (TD) raised my rates to $700 for 2drivers and 2 cars for NOT any (at fault) accidents saying insurance rules are changing. I was thinking same as you are thinking. Car Insurance is a governement organised SCAM that everybody believes. and its true. In US people pay for a year what we pay for a month.

Thats not totally true
I used to live in NJ 10 years back my car insurance was more than what i am paying now in GTA. If i lived in NYC it would have been double of what i paid in NJ.
If u are complaining about taxes in canada u are not realizing the fact that canada is bigger than US but has 10% of the population of usa..
Yet inspite of that we are far more efficient in managing tax revenues..
Federal US govt contributes 700Billion to medicare and medicate and serves 63 million people
Canadian govt contributes 180Billion to health care and covers all 30 million citizens..
You do the math..
I agree on higher pay scale taxes are high.. but at the same time the lower earning people get a lot of benefits.. that is called social living.. even though i am on the upper tier i dont mind it.. as long as i know i have a fall back on tax sops when i dont make as much...
