Our firm is looking urgently for a Receptionist cum Office Manager. We are a samll company with around 10 employees.
Your duties would include :
1. Answering phone calls.
2. Making tea / coffee for the clients and not the employees
3. Ordering all office supplies
4. Invoiceing
5. pay roll (Both pointsand 4 & 5 will be taught to you by the charted accountant)
6. Book keeping
7. Time sheet keeping.

What our boss expects from you.
1. Dependable / bondable
2. Being a female with pleasent manners / voice
3. Superior command of english
4. Willing to work 5 days a week 8:45 am to 5:30 pm atleast.
5. Be willing to work in Vaughan (Steels and Weston). TTC is steps away from the office. No extra fare required.

Benefits :
1. The current receptionsist (Italian) is getting $14 per hour + 1000 $ bonus after 1 year of completion of work
2. Extended Health benefits (20% employer , 80% emplyee).
