You have answered my query in the past, I have one more question for you. To review again -

- Filed for my parents and dependant brother in 2000
- They were called for an interview in the 2nd week of August. No medicals are done yet.
- Brother was refused because 2 of the institutions were not govt recognised and he is now overage.
- Quebec is requesting a financial reassesment before granting CSQ for my parents.

I worked with the same employer for 5 yrs and was laid off in Dec 2005. I did not collect any UI and started another job in Feb 2005. The letter states that \"Note: Your employment will be taken into account only if you have been working for the same employer for at least one year\"

Can they refuse my parents because my jobs changed? I am very anxious, any suggestions will be appreciated.
