Hi, does anyone have any account in ICICI Bank...? is it good to open one? how is the service?

I think, it is wise to put your savings in ICICI as they pay the highest interest. Even its Term Deposits gives the highest interest. I use my BMO Chequing Account to have access to their wide network of ATMs. But, I put my savings in ICICI.
Apart from that, it gives me a good feeling and satisfaction as well, since ICICI is an Indian Bank. I was thrilled the very first day I went to their office in Toronto-Dtn.
Their service is also Excellent.

Two of my friends opinion was the service sucks big time. ING or president's choice also gives very good interest on savings
I beg to disagree about the service at ICICI. I can say with a fair degree of certainty that the service at their Brampton branch is far from good. The attitude is typically desi - hardly professioal, to say the least.
I had great expectations from them, because we hold this bank in high esteem in India. I can say this bank is shades better than the State Bank of India. If you have great expectations about their service, you sure would be in for some degree of disappointment.
I think SBI is far better than ICICI. ICICI have many hidden charges which one realises only after they have lnded in their net.
