Music Director - Isaignani - Maestro \\\"Illayaraja\\\" has recently released his musical rendition of \\\"Thiruvasagam\\\" - an ancient tamil poems on Lord Shiva. The music has been mixed by a famous Grammy Award winner, while the orchestra has been performed by the Hungarian Philharmonic Orchestra. It is amazing how the ancient hymn in tamil sounds with western classical music. More amazing is this guy from a village in Tamil Nadu, with no education is able to score such amazing music, it is all Gods gift!

The other music in which one can find this guys brilliance is in Hindi, the back ground score for Raj Kumar Santhoshi's \\\"Lajja\\\"; and for a malayalam movie called \\\"Guru\\\" starring Mohan Lal.

I strongly suggest that anybody who has any interest in Indian music, should buy this album(mostly available as a pirated copy in various Srilankan Tamil stores). You could also think this as a present for \\\"Christmas\\\" to your near and dear ones. If you have a Gora boss, who is interested in Western Classical Music, this is the CD to present to him.

People listen to this top notch music from India, you'll be blown away!
