I have applied under Investor Category from Quebec and my file has been sent to Delhi after getting my "CSQ" from Quebec Govt.

It's more than 3 months has been past, but I have not received any reply from Delhi embassy.

Could you please advice me if we can get any information from Delhi embassy or not. Also tell me how much more time is expected to get the final immigrant status.

Deal With Reality or Reality Will Deal With You

The amount 120,000 is the basically intrest amount for the investment of 400,000 cad$.

So this amount is non refundable. While if you pay 400,000 at your own, this amount is refundable without any intrest after apx 5 years.
