BL how are you sure that he is prabhub? Did his IP address match again? Isn't that the only way you can be certain actually?

Also, I think we need to differentiate between "troll" and "sock". The former, AFAIK, is someone who posts only to provoke others with the intention of wasting their time and energy. Sock puppet OTOH is the case when the same person tries to post with more than one ID.

So, in your opinion, is dr_sbm40 a troll or a sock. I ask, because I do not see anything in his posts that qualify him to be a troll.
