Anyone interested in South Indian food in Vancouver?

Hi,
Anyone interested in (home made and delicious) take out Idli,Vada, Sambhar,Variety rice ,Puliyodarai, Idli/ Dosa Milagaipodi,Paruppupodi,South Indian snacks,etc. including Idli/Dosa batter.
You name anything in South Indian cuisine, I can make it.

I think you could start a frozen south Indian food business. not unlike the Steak business.

All we would have to do is microwave it.
